• How does Hugo render tags? The issue here is that duplicate internal links in a post are still generating duplicate ids.

• Hugo semantic search application: The issue is that internal links to a section that contains no content (for example: H1 -> H2, with no text after the H1), don’t pull in transcluded content. Maybe that’s the right behaviour?
